Green Acres Horse Farm has a rich family history in Stockdale, NC. In 1964, James Albert Sr. bought a large parcel of land and developed it into rich tobacco fields. Years later, James Albert Jr. decided to build a horse stable with wonderful amenities.
In 2009, Green Acres Horse Farm was created. Each state-of-the-art facility offers private tack rooms and personalized services for each boarder. Surrounding the boarding area are the gorgeous green hills of Southwestern Rockingham County. We are located 22 miles north of Downtown Greensboro just off Highway 220, only 8 miles north of Oak Ridge and 10 miles north of Summerfield.
Full boarding facilities, over 40 acres of lush pasture, miles of wooded riding trails, and three lakes make Green Acres Horse Farm the place where horses and owners alike can kick up their heels while enjoying the peaceful scenery. At Green Acres Horse Farm, safety and enjoyment are our primary concerns. We invite you to
call and make an appointment to visit our facilities and see all that we have to offer. We look forward to seeing you soon!
